XINYAO ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY is located in Tangalang, Indonesia, and has established a complete ERP management system for production operation from melting and casting, mold design, manufacturing, extrusion, coating, anodizing to deep processing, and the products are widely used in construction, electronic communication, building, machinery manufacturing, solar accessories, transportation and other fields.
Xin Yao has several advanced extrusion production lines, in addition, it also has two 20-ton melting furnaces, automatic horizontal powder coating production line, wood grain transfer printing production line, mechanical polishing line, sandblasting line, wire drawing line, anodizing production line and other advanced equipment.
The company has 350 employees, including 80 senior and middle-level engineering and management personnel, with advanced and perfect design, production, testing, inspection, and perfect sales network and after-sales service system, the introduction of advanced testing equipment, such as spectrometer, section sweeper, tensile testing machine, film thickness tester, photometer, color difference meter and salt spray tester, etc. to carry out a full range of control of product quality.
