1. Equipment technical objectives

2. Process improvement goals
Develop water-based coating products and improve the transfer process of wallpaper, doors and windows, and ceilings.
3. Advanced technology, product application promotion goals
Promote complex, combined and integrated product technologies and applications such as building shading, environmental protection flooring, wall materials, roof wall integrated materials, and intelligent products for decoration and decoration.
(2) Main tasks
1. Accelerate the pace of industry transformation and upgrading, and improve the level of industry equipment and manufacturing; Carry out the construction of green system, achieve traceability from raw materials to design, production, supply and recycling, promote the construction of green ecological demonstration projects in the industry, and achieve green development goals.
2. Accelerate the construction of the standard system, including product quality, atmospheric prevention and control, process technology, professional level, service industry development, etc., to provide technical support for a new generation of innovative research and development.

(3) The content of technological equipment research and development innovation
1. Equipment technology improvement
(1) In sub-industries such as gypsum board, wallpaper wallcovering, elastic flooring, etc., carry out cleaner production actions, promote the industry to accelerate the replacement of coal-fired technological transformation projects, eliminate high-energy-consuming mechanical and electrical equipment, and carry out technical transformation of non-wastewater discharge devices.
(2) The comprehensive energy consumption of gypsum board, water-based architectural coatings, wallpaper wallcovering, and elastic flooring unit products is controlled in: the comprehensive energy consumption of gypsum board unit products ≤ 0.82 (KGCE/m2); The comprehensive energy consumption (kgce/t) of waterborne architectural coatings per unit product is controlled above 8000t/y (including 8000t/y) ≤10.0 (kgce/t), and below 8000t/y ≤7.0 (kgce/t); The comprehensive energy consumption of wallpaper wallcovering unit products ≤ 1 (kgce/m2), the power consumption index is 0.5 kWh/㎡ or less, the condensation energy consumption of PVC membrane elastic flooring unit products is 0.4 cubic meters / square meter, and the power consumption index is less than 1 kWh/㎡.
(3) Carry out the transformation of wallpaper equipment with a production speed of less than 15m/min and a drying capacity that is not suitable for ink printing, comprehensively improve the manufacturing level and product quality stability, and achieve green environmental protection throughout the life cycle.
(4) By designing an intelligent factory that conforms to the metal drying rack industry to improve the stability of products and reduce production costs, improve production efficiency, and enhance the advanced manufacturing level of the industry, 1-2 intelligent factories are realized.
